City-Wide Redeemer
Join us this Tuesday for our current study and discussion in, "Jesus Changes Women," written by Helene Ashker. The following excerpt is from the back cover of the guide:
IS YOUR FAITH GROWING?
There are many different kinds of Chrstians—some are vibrant and growing, others are barely surviving. The good news is that God desires growth for all of His children and has provided everything we need to grow in Him.
Jesus Changes Women examines the various elements of spiritual growth and helps women discover how to grow strong in their faith. By looking at the lives of biblical women such as Deborah, Mary, Hannah, and others, you'll learn to root yourself in God's love, center your life on Christ, nourish your faith with Scripture, and enjoy fellowship.
Please join us this Tuesday, June 10, from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. at Annette Phillips's home (7133 Bluebird Wing Street). Free childcare is provided. Books for the study are also provided free of charge. First time guests are always welcome. Bring along a friend.
This group meets weekly and is for women of all ages and stages in life. Our purpose is to bring women together to encourage one another in Christ through prayer and accountability, to learn from each other’s life experiences, and to grow together in God’s Word. We will spend time in prayer, reading Scripture, and in group discussion. Whether you are new to the Bible or mature in your Christian faith you will find this group to be welcoming and safe.
Please contact Laura Stremmel at 702-655-5547 if you would like to be a part of this exciting and down to earth study.
